1 /5 Kezia Israel: Very rude, unprofessional, definitely lack customer service. I called and spoke to Daniel to try to get some shirts done. He was very rude, like he didn’t want my business. Breathing hard when I am asking questions to make sure the service I need can be provided by him. Lastly he hung up in my face very very disrespectful. I actually called back and asked why he hung up in my face his responses was “ I’m very busy and I’m trying to move on.” I understand being busy which is expected when running a company, it only takes 2 mins of your time to earn someone else business. If you really that busy take the customer information and just call them back once you are free to make sure you can provide better customer service.
