JCPenney - (Near McDonough, GA)

2 /5 Janice Holloran: Very poor online pickup at store experience. Ordered and item was supposed to be ready for pickup at 1:00 pm. I arrive at the store at 1:30. Status was preparing order. Neither the online order person or the MOD could help me. I live 26 miles from this store. Asked can you just go to the bedding department and grab my comforter set? No. Can I get it and you can update my order as ready? No. I went and picked a comforter off the shelf and bought it. Now I have bought 2. The manager said to call the store when I got a text the the order was complete and she could cancel it. Of course, the online order was ready when I got home. Called the store multiple times. Nobody answered. Called JCP corporate customer service and complained. I have been a Macy’s manager. Not sure how this store stays open. It wasn’t busy. Watch out Black Friday shoppers.

4 /5 Tero Pero: Love, love love this store. Well organized and the employees are professional, polite and acknowledge each customer. Ended up in the store to return a few items and the process was quick and seamless. I decided to buy a pair of leggings for my daughter, and it seemed like each one of the cashiers that I went to had some type of technical issue and I was directed to go to the men’s department. So I went to the back of the store to purchase my item and still waited a while. The entire process took about 15 to 20 minutes and there was no line. Very disappointing that’s the only reason I gave the four stars. This store is extremely well kept and I would shop there again, but there’s something happening with the checkout process.

2 /5 Kali Badder: Clothes racks are a mess. Very outdated fashion. Ridiculous pricing. Even 70% off clearance pricing is more than what a blouse should cost regular price. Super dirty appearance. Felt like I was rummaging through a thrift store, not a high end department store.

1 /5 Robin N.: Kids Workshop is a Joke! Signed my kids up for the workshop to occupy their space and got there 30 minutes early to make sure we were there to get the supplies. Get to the workshop and there were no supplies or anyone to greet or at least direct us to where we should go. They never even ordered the supplies in the first place but told us that maybe they ran out, LIES! The manager Mike proceeds to offer us to buy some legos and get a discount. Unacceptable! Dont be fooled by the workshops!! They want you to come in and spend money by false advertisement. Very disappointing.
