1 /5 Angel Crawford: Today at J Crew Factory I experienced rude treatment from the manager, Dominque F. I told the sales clerk that the jeans rang up at the wrong price. The table showed 19.95. Dominque yelled across the store that the jeans were not that price and dismissed what I said. I walked to the table and asked her to look. She saw the sign, snatched it off the table, and walked away.
I returned to the register and told the clerk I did not want the jeans. I asked for their names so I could share the issue with her manager. Dominque then stepped in when she finished with another customer, she walked over and was defensive. The issue wasnt the price. I explained that her customer service was poor and that her behavior was rude. She cut me off multiple times and said "Im not perfect" instead of fixing her disgusting attitude.
The interaction showed no respect for customers and no accountability from a manager.
