Kohls - (Near Conyers, GA)

1 /5 Renee ONeal: This khols is really frustrating for me. The employees clearly do not want to be there. They have changed formatting of the store 3 times in the last 4 years. The most recent is hands down the worst. They have made one line for purchasing, returns, and Amazon returns. I had waited in line for 15 min to finally get my return done, and by the time I got my coupon, I didnt want to shop anymore. The line to check out is always long, but its been so much worse with the new layout and processing times. I dont want to wait in line twice

5 /5 Harmonie F: Suzann rocks! My mom and I went shopping black Friday morning, and when we walked in someone sung hello and welcomed us in. I turned and looked at her thinking who is this chipper in the morning. While shopping, we found really great deals. At checkout we were in the line but then a tall man sent us to the lady at the customer service desk who was welcoming everyone in. She said her name was Suzann with no e lol. She was so sweet and helpful. We will come back!!
