1 /5 Michele vH: I was at the Fayetteville GA store with my 10 lb dog, who has been to the store before with no issue. She is not a service did. I was not feeling well so I went to the restroom soon after entering the store. When I was in the stall a female employee came in the bathroom yellimg says dogs arent allowed and I need to leave the store. The was not any normal tone conversation, just yelling over the stall. No on should be talked to that way. Representative of Kohls or any business. Tammy at corporate advise without apologizing, that the employees have been dealing with a lot of ppl. Bringing their dogs in. This is stereotyping at its finest. No excusenmebisvthstvacservicebdog or anything. I Wont be spending money here again. Asking me to leave etc, in a cordial manner would a have been a respectable thing to do. Not excuse on how an employee treats patrions like this. Bad business, bad human nature

3 /5 Stephanie Jordan: I came to return items at the Amazon center but it closed at 7pm with a wait time of about 6 minutes for a supervisor. I was told that although the Amazon Returns was inside Khols, which closed at 10pm. Amazon is a different entity. My concern was that the store hours where just updated 6 days before this posted. So why wasnt the Amazon Return information updated as well for its customers. I was upset because I looked up this information before leaving my house. So people just remember to call to confirm Amazon Return hours at the various stores.

5 /5 DEE SMITH: When there to return an item from Amazon.com. I asked the reason for my visit from a customer rep and she informed me that Amazon.com for returns do not open until 12pm. She kept from taking a long walk to the back of the store. Good looking out for me young lady!!

5 /5 Andre Armour: There were two ladies working the store with excellence. Both ladies helped me and they were extremely professional and courteous. They both looked up what I asked for with no problem at all. I appreciate them.
