5 /5 Linda Thurmond: I am providing this review belatedly and would like to start by apologizing. On May 22nd, I went shopping at Sephora for the Clinique Cult Classic Lip Duo. During my visit, I interacted with two lovely Sephora associates, Mirta and Kenya. They accompanied me to the Clinique section, but unfortunately, we were unable to find the product. After showing them a picture, they were still unable to recall seeing it. As I was preparing to leave, they located me and had successfully found the Clinique set. I greatly appreciate their help, kindness and perseverance. The exceptional customer service provided by Kenya and Mirta is a testament to their commitment to excellent customer satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations, and I am deeply grateful. Please recognize these employees for a job well done!
