5 /5 Rae Hunter: LOFT at Emory Point is truly the best location, no contest. The customer service is consistently outstanding, and every visit feels welcoming and enjoyable. During my most recent trip, Bradley and Renee showed exemplary customer service. Renee made this visit exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind taking the time to help me pick out some absolutely beautiful pieces including the perfect gifts for my mom for Christmas. Her eye for style and care for customers truly stood out and made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. The entire team is always so friendly, and the shopping experience is genuinely delightful every single time I come in. I live near The Battery in Smyrna, yet I happily drive out of my way to shop at this location because it’s that good. This store sets the gold standard for customer service. I highly, highly recommend!

Recently, I returned some items and was initially misinformed about how my refund would be processed. I was told the monies would be credited back to my LOFT card, but after monitoring my account, I realized this wasn’t the case. When I called the store, Sydney answered and patiently listened as I explained the situation. She clarified the process in detail, helped me understand exactly what had happened, and reassured me about the transaction. Sydney was professional, approachable, and understanding. She apologized for the inconvenience and kept me updated, which I truly appreciated—especially given how challenging it can be to get to the store in Atlanta traffic. As someone who usually shops online and rarely visits brick-and-mortar stores, this experience stood out. Sydney’s excellent communication, empathy, and follow-through have inspired me to return to shop in person more often. Thank you, Sydney, for providing outstanding customer service and turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
