sweet makhia Lynne I wished there was more stars to give I have a 13 year daughter who’s very picky & shy bc if weight shes become frustrated with not being able to find clothes to fit. Im a girl Dad all in. So i told her we’re going to Lane bryant she had never been. As soon as we got in the Felicia, took control showing Makhia my daughter where to find clothes then took her to them pick some outfits took her to the dressing room. not only did they fit but look nice Then Dee & Mikayla made My Baby feel like she was a part of a group. I was so amazed & proud to see her becoming comfortable with them AMAZING they didn’t treat her like it was a job for them they treated her like family! Makhia’s said Thanks again.

eLFiN LaDy (BoOmEr.T) The store itself is freaking awesome. There is sooooo much stuff to see... and at VERY reasonable prices. The highest I saw was 39.99$ for a Hilfiger hoodie. The store was clean and sooooo many things to see... The young ladies working there did not greet us or talk to us. They were borderline rude. One was pushing a flatbed full of hangers and went between a friend and I. She didnt say excuse me or acknowledge that she came LESS THAN AN INCH from running into my friend. THE STORE IS AWESOME THE CUSTOMER SERVICE people ARE NOT

donna simmons Love shopping at Catos. Today it was close to 100 these employees did not have working air conditioning. It was so hot in there my cheeks were red and I was sweating ,even worse when I tried in clothes I was all sweaty, yuck. The DM Cheryl should have told them to close the store due to no air and paid the employees for missed work due to unsafe working conditions. DM can take the rest up with the property manager. DM needs to take care of their employees!! It is not the employees fault and employees should NOT have to use their paid time off for employer not having safe environment for them to work in. Managers, do the RIGHT thing and take responsibility like you should without hesitation! I went next door and got the employees gallons of ice cream to cool them off. Bless their hearts!!!

Cody Fulghum Walked in looked for a minute, went to the front counter and spoke to Bryan. Told him what I was looking for and what I didnt want. He showed me what would get me the best performance and even explained to me how to waterproof the boots. Sold me the boots and mink oil. Had a pair of boots on I had bought 5 months ago and he exchanged them due to manufacturers defects. Bryan went above and beyond to assist me in my selection. I will definitely be buying my boots from Bryan at Boot Barn in Gainesville from now moving forward. Thank you sir for all of your help.
