5 /5 Chris May: Just wanted to quickly give a positive review here as I came to Ponce Market yesterday with the intention of going to another clothing store here but walked by the window of Madewell and saw some good looking men’s shirts so turned around and went in. I was just going to buy a shirt or two for a special event I have coming up this week but thanks to the fine help from Kimberly I ended up expanding my summer wardrobe, which needed to be done anyway. I even went back out to the car and grabbed 3 of my sport coats and brought them in so Kimberly could help me find some good colored shirts and pants that make full outfits with my existing coats. She did a great job of finding my sizes when they weren’t on the floor, she knew that some of the Madewell pieces needed to be sized down from what I usually wear to make them fit me well. She also did a great job of multitasking. I never felt like she “left me” as I shopped and tried stuff on, but she helped multiple other customers and kept an eye on when she was needed at the register. Once I got a few more pieces that I expected and I knew the bill was getting “up there”, I asked if they had any discounts available and she did give me a healthy one so I was able to finish out my summer outfits in this one trip. I had never heard of Madewell prior to this visit. I was very happy with the fresh looks, quality feel of the materials, the choices in fitments for the money. I’ll be back for the choices and the customer services. Keep up the good work guys.
