L L.W. After reading some of the bad reviews, I was beyond hesitant to try this particular Windsor. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Tina as soon as I walked in the store. She was the only worker who greeted me, and she is the reason why I will continue to shop at this location. She did an amazing job helping me find a dress for a wedding, and I am so grateful. Her customer service skills are impeccable, and if she isn’t already a manager, then she definitely should be. Tina, I say thank you for making my time at Windsor such a pleasant experience. Great customer service is a lost art in many places these days. It is always refreshing to be reminded it’s not completely nonexistent.
