The quality of their work was truly impressive — every detail of the alterations was done with precision, care, and professionalism. My pants came out fitting perfectly, exactly the way I wanted. The results were beyond my expectations. What I appreciated the most was their excellent customer service. Even though I don’t speak English well, they were incredibly patient, respectful, and attentive. They took the time to understand what I needed, made sure all the measurements were correct, and kept a friendly and professional attitude throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find a place where the craftsmanship is top-notch and the customer service is equally exceptional. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of, and the final work was full quality. I highly recommend this tailor shop to anyone looking for excellent results, great communication, and a team that truly cares about their customers. I will definitely be coming back

Amanda Campbell Misty is incredibly knowledgeable and amazing. I brought in a picture of my desired hair, which was vastly different from my current color. She informed me that we could achieve that look, but it wouldn’t happen overnight. She prioritized my hair’s health and didn’t want to cause any additional damage. I truly appreciate her honesty and expertise. I am so happy leaving the salon today.
