5 /5 Meaghan OLeary: I can’t say enough good things about the customer service I received at Neighborhood Cleaners. I was in town for a wedding and spilled something on the front of my dress, which was dry clean only. I called multiple dry cleaning companies closer to my hotel who refused to help me and said they do not do last minute dry cleaning or spot cleaning. I luckily called neighborhood cleaners and they were willing to get the stain out for me last minute the day before the wedding. They were friendly, efficient, and did an incredible job spot cleaning my dress.

1 /5 Samiah Muhammad: I was impressed by the reviews and chose to patronize. However, my experience was very different. If you are of indigenous descent do not go to this business. My garment was not cleaned and half pressed. I inspected the garment before accepting it and was vocal about it. They tried to say maybe a stain was from makeup which I do not wear. The fake facade of inclusive customer appreciation disappeared...Truth appeared and I requested a refund they gladly gave. If you are indigenous/original - do Not do business with them. Neighborhood Cleaners responded, so this is my response to their response: Actually, your claim is a lie... My garment was not stained, as I told you while there - the garment was new, worn only twice, was not heavily stained at all (a special occasion garment). You did not attempt to clean or press it. The garment was in Better Condition when I dropped it off. I have proofs. Bottom line, everything I have stated here is true.

4 /5 Marc Harber: Update, 5/16/24. I finally was able to speak with Mr. Bill, an owner and got my problem solved. I would suggest you ask for Mr. Bill if you ever have any problems, He was very professional speaking to me on the phone and solved my issues. I have since given his business a 4 star instead of a 1 star. Hopefully he will check his management and make sure she doesnt make those unprofessional choices as she made with me. 5/15/2024 -So the head person, whom has no name just hung up on me in a phone converation cause I asked for the owners name. What a piss poor management skills this person has none of. I will find out whom the owner is and if they keep people like this on as management, I will make sure to file bad reviews every chance I get.

5 /5 Dan Frasik: My line crews and I are from Michigan and we finished restoring electrical service to Georgia Power customers yesterday afternoon then, stayed in Lake Oconee for a day while Hurricane Milton battered Floridians. We used this time to decompress and prepare to reengage in Sarasota tomorrow morning. The fine folks at Neighborhood Cleaners took care of our laundry for us free of charge and did so with smiles on their faces. Thank you so much for helping us to help others; we appreciate you very much.

3 /5 starr lang: Update-July 2019: I took 3 more uniforms back since I had such a great experience the first time. All of the zippers were ruined on one uniform from pressing it. The front zippers were ruined on the other two uniforms from the alteration lady...where she replaced my front sew on patch, she sewed through and around the zipper which broke the zipper keys! They did not make me pay...but uniforms are expensive, esp to have 3 of them ruined at once! Original review- May 2019: I needed a military uniform altered and pressed in a short amount of time. No one else in town could handle it in a timely fashion. Neighborhood Cleaners not only took care of it quickly, they did an amazing job! Highly recommend over the other cleaners in town!
