1 /5 venus perfani: Firstly, upon arrival i was not greeted by the managers that were in the front standing around talking but the staff made up for that by being very friendly. I tried to ask the average height, light skin, manager for help and she completely ignored me after i said excuse me three times to get her attention!! Ultimately she made her way through the employee door and left me standing there. I then asked the tall, brown skin manager with locs if they had these specific linen pants in stock in my size and he just flat out said no without even looking up at me or offering to search online like other employees have done in this store for me in the past. Finally when I arrived at the register the young lady who helped me called for backup and neither one of them bothered to answer her call they just continued talking and folding clothes as if she didn’t have 5+ people behind me! Overall this stores management needs training on customer service and attitude. I’d expect that from teenagers but the teenagers were FAR more professional and polite than the management. All smiles, very helpful and efficient. They deserve better support, I can only imagine what they endure if this is how they treat customers.
