1 /5 Jackie: I had a really frustrating experience at this location. I asked an associate if they price match to the online price, and she told me no — which didn’t seem right, but I took her word for it. Because of that, I had to last-minute order everything online while standing in the store, even though I already had all the items in-hand that I was about to buy.
When I let her know I had the items with me, she involved a manager who acted like it was the end of the world. He was dismissive and seemed annoyed that I was just trying to get the online pricing for what I had already picked out. It really didn’t need to be that difficult — especially when I later went to a different location and they price matched with no issue, helped me switch out the shoes for the correct size, and were professional and helpful.
The difference in service between locations was night and day. Please better train your associates on store policies so customers aren’t inconvenienced or made to feel like a burden.
