1 /5 Lynn Franklin: I’ve always been pleased with my experience at this store, but today was an exception. After spending 45 minutes assembling a Yobest playpen, I was told they couldn’t accept it due to a small tear in the mesh and stains, all of which could’ve been determined WITHOUT assembly. I then spent yet another 30 minutes disassembling it. I will not be doing business with them anymore. Facebook Marketplace would’ve been a smarter option.
In response to your reply: You are missing the point entirely. I COMPLETELY understand and appreciate that you only want quality merchandise. To address your points, which aren’t relevant to my issue: Your staff isn’t being truthful with you. I never said it was in perfect condition and no one ever asked the condition. No one asked to help me either. My point is this: The fabric could’ve been inspected WITHOUT assembly. It would’ve saved a lot of time and effort; I would’ve left a happy customer. I advise that you do this in the future and save customers the headache.
