5 /5 Katie Gray: I was nervous about entering this store with my client who is an adult with profound special needs because many spaces are unwelcoming. From the moment we walked in, every employee greeted us with warmth and respect. A woman who I’m assuming was the owner went out of her way to speak to my client and offer us assistance. We were there nearly an hour and every associate was so kind and helpful. Many places of businesses aren’t welcoming to adults or children with specials needs, so I wanted to give this location a special shoutout for being one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. There were a lot of great deals going on and the clothes were all good quality, most like brand new and many with original tags still attached. We will definitely be back!

3 /5 Bennithea Morton: I have not shopped OUAC in years. This was my first time in a long time. The items in the store were nice quality and the store was filled with clothes. Bouncys and strollers, this location did not have many items other than that. I felt it was kinda limited. It was also a bit pricey. A few of the items could have been purchased at an equal price brand new.

1 /5 Miljae Jackson: Every time I come here it’s something. They are specific on the type of bag you bring the clothes in. The workers are rude they are slow. They look funky and unprofessional. It shouldn’t take 3 hours to look through stuff especially when it’s not busy. They are picky on what they take. Even if it’s brand new and name brand. The once upon a child in DULUTH. Is probably the best one. They take ALL SEASONS YEAR AROUND, they don’t care how many bags you bring or what type of bag it’s in as long as the clothes are clean and folded. Do not come here.

1 /5 Juliana Solis: I HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM TODAY. One associate in particular but didn’t catch her name. I brought in a basket of clothes ALL nicely folded , clean and washed. After almost 3 hours they were done. They didn’t even look through all the clothes a good bit of it was STILL FOLDED how I brought it in. I assumed , maybe it’s a seasonal thing. But I had winter stuff in there that was literally untouched. I shop at this store all the time it’s an hour away from me and I still go. But not anymore. I’ll drive an extra 30 minutes to the next one cause the store associate was very rude and not welcoming at all.
