2 /5 Samantha Byrd: Staff has RBF and it’s bad. Nobody smiled at me or made me feel welcome. As I’m pregnant, I had my toddler with me and I was already overwhelmed. Would have been nice to have some actual kindness. Other than that. I brought in a small tub full of clothes. Organized and sets were together shirts together and pants together, etc. out of everything I brought in and some were really nice pieces(Yes I know it varies by store) they barely bought anything and left everything in the tub a jumbled mess. They gave me $25 for what the took. They also took several pieces from sets that I cannot sell anywhere else. I did find some good things but just upset after the little ordeal. Just a great reminder why I usually go anywhere else.

1 /5 Trinity Medina: I was so excited to bring my items into this store to try to sell and get a decent cash back but I was completely wrong. So disappointed. I had brought in good condition items such as a baby bassinet, baby bouncer, baby play mat (new) with a few pairs of nice boy shoes to only be offered $43 for it all. I was expecting more. My items were in better condition than some of the items for sale in this store. I will unfortunately not return. They are offering low prices and selling the item for much more than the offer.

1 /5 Tammy Jay: Took clothing in to sell, not a single one of the five or so employees were kind...not even a little nice.Smiled at several. Not one smiled back. In fact, none even smiled at all while we were there, not even to each other. Gave them nicely folded clothes, got back a jumbled mess. Then when I got home with what they did not buy, I realized they took half of several 2pc outfits. I cant even sell them elsewhere now. Just dont go there. The whole experience is terrible. They make you feel like a bother to them. And they offer crap for great clothes.

5 /5 loren bass: Great customer service. I could the event where you get 15 free clearance items. I found 2 pairs of nice boys shoes. Very organized and clean store.
