4 /5 Denada Mckenzie: The quality of the clothes were exquisite for my taste. I enjoyed the pieces that I purchased. However, my initial experience while shopping outside the store was somewhat indifferent. I didnt feel very welcome originally, and also was told after I inquired about the clothing inside that those items "werent on sale", and asked if I was sure I was going to purchase the items I had selected outside. Im not sure if the perception was that I couldnt afford the clothing in the store, but It did upset me. However, my shopping experience did improve when one of the ladies finally greeted me with a smile, and assisted me. I wish I could remember her name, because she was exceptional. She made my shopping experience worthwhile, and helped me find some good selections for my husband and I.

Whether it was a quick ship on an overnight delivery or dealing with holiday returns - they were there to serve and always beyond pleasant to deal with. I look forward to future dealings with them and their wonderful staff! They go above and beyond!
