5 /5 Jim Fisher: Was not looking for outdoor wear this day, but I saw craft beer available and I was in. Great store for outdoor gear and craft beer on tap while you browse. Great concept! Great narrow selection of seasonal gear, staff very knowledgeable and helpful giving direction on gear to match your needs. I chose a craft beer, nice selection at very reasonable price.

5 /5 Patricia Elkin: My friend and I just started hiking. We came into the store yesterday and Tyler helped us find shoes. He was so knowledgeable and brought out several pairs of shoes, ensuring we both got the right fit. Uncle Billy, the owner, was also amazing! He showed us things he carries for hiking safety and got us started with some very helpful tips! I won’t buy hiking shoes anywhere else! Thank you gentleman for a great experience!

5 /5 Jeff C: Amazing customer service. I failed to get the employees name, he had a great beard, and was extremely helpful. I came in with shoes that were strangely no longer working for my feet. He helped get me in better shoes for my thru hike. He even called the other store in Franklin to get another perspective on my fit issues. He really went above and beyond. He really took the time to get it right. I did some day hiking in the new pair today, and his help is what fixed my shoe issues. Great advice and friendly. I am extremely grateful for the help. Thank you!
