1 /5 Anna Marmann: I had phenomenal quality and customer experience with Ozier from early 2019 until summer of 2020. Unfortunately I have had several horrible experiences since then and have finally learned my lesson to end our partnership. Our more recent orders have been under delivered on timing and quality. I have had multiple defective orders where they are refusing to now replace or provide any sort of refund. The vinyl printing is peeling off the shirts which my team has paid very good money for and I now need to pay out of my own pocket to refund my team members. The response timing for customer service has extremely changed with the change of staff across the past year. I highly no longer recommend this unprofessional company until any further changes have been made to their team. I am very disappointed to lose such a previously solid partner as my vendor.
