1 /5 taylor: Olivia P (the one with piercings) was very rude, when I was checking out she snatched my money and then was shaking her head. It was very uncomfortable and my friends and I were so confused what had happened. Honestly disappointed and confused from the animosity.

1 /5 Bobby: My twin daughters who share clothes went into the store and asked if they could try on in the same fitting room. The tall bald woman rudely denied them and didn’t even look them in the eye , then stormed away, and it wasn’t seen for the rest of their evening at the store, this is inconsiderate and rude. I understand if a female and a male can’t change in the same fitting room, but my twin daughters who are clearly related can’t share one? This made our shopping experience, extremely difficult and traumatic.

1 /5 Amelia: My Mom and I purchased my first day of school top a week ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. We have emailed them multiple times about confirmation that it is on the way, but we have not received an email back. I’m not impressed with their shipping and delivery after we just paid 8 dollars extra for a shipping fee. Bad customer service!

1 /5 Anastacia Cantrell: Patrick the manager is so rude! He will not let you return clothes from their store because the tags aren’t on them even though you have a receipt and the tags in the bag. And the pacsun website says you can return items within 30 days as long as you have a receipt. Patrick needs to do better and fix his nasty attitude
