1 /5 Maegan Lindsey: I WILL NEVER WALK FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN! The owner and employees walk around like the FBI with ear pieces in instructing to follow you around like your fixing to rob the place. I know the employees are just doing what they are instructed to do, but the owner other other hand NEEDS SOME SERIOUS HELP bc she is very RUDE! I Bet she would follow u inside the dressing room to try on clothes (if they even have one...wasnt in there long enough see) I would not recommend shopping at this place, Im sure u can find the same clothes online or a diffrent store that doesnt treat or follow u around like your stealing.

1 /5 Dede Harris: I would love to return to this store, but due to the treatment from the employees I do not believe I will be returning to this store. I know the employees at Paula’s watch you like hawk the moment you walk in. They also do not let you get a foot in the door before they tell you about the deals. I was excited to come in today because I had a few things in mind to buy and knew Paula’s was just the place! Unfortunately, shortly after browsing and finding 3 items that were super cute and was hoping to browse more when a young employee immediately began insisting I put them in a basket. I politely refused, but then a manager stepped in, telling me I had to either place my items in a basket or leave them behind the counter. To my shock and embarrassment, the manager spoke into an earpiece, instructing staff to “watch out” for me—as if carrying a couple of items made me a threat. I could feel every gaze in the store, and what should have been a simple shopping trip became humiliating. I quickly looked at one more item and checked out, feeling singled out, shamed, and unwelcome. This treatment was degrading, unnecessary, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever feel this way while simply trying to shop. I have reached out to others in the community to see if they have had any issues and they said they refuse to shop there anymore because of how the employees and manager treat customers. It is so sad. I do not do many Google reviews but I was so embraced by this treatment. I understand the store is clustered and it can be easy for someone to slip something in their pockets. I am not sure how anyone can stand shopping here. I would love to come back, but something has to change.

4 /5 Jennifer Lederer: I am shocked to read these reviews. No one and I mean no one followed me around the store. I never felt any “eyes” on me and I found a cute top and dress. Paula was super helpful pointing out a dress that was similar to the style I was shopping for. I had a totally pleasant experience. My only suggestion would be to lighten up on the amount of inventory because it’s difficult to see what is there, what is new, and what goes with what. It’s just very crowded. I think if she merchandised a little more, with less inventory it would really help promote the items. But I would definitely shop there Again.

1 /5 Chastity Willis: I rode by this establishment on Thursday night and because I was going to be in town on Friday I said would visit them. I was so happy to visit and was amazed at all the stuff that they had packed in that store. I walked in and was just looking at all the items and has planned on purchasing a hat, but I walked to the back of the store to look at the shoes, and then all of a sudden I see a man with a gun in his hip and an ear piece in his ear. Like he was really looking for a pair of shoes. I felt like he/they were trying to intimidate me but that didn’t work. I continued to walk around the store letting them know what they were doing and that I wouldn’t be spending my money in their establishment. Like I really wanted to steal the clothes that they get from China for a little of nothing and then mark the price up extremely high.
