CindyLee Kimmer I placed and received my order through the drive through because at the door they said the lobby was closed. They neglected to toast the bread on my Frisco burger and when I pulled back around she said they had shut everything down already and I was mistaken about the bread not being toasted. The meat was also under heated but overcooked looking, I do not know how this is possible. I will call corporate in the morning as Ive read another review which states local management has not been helpful in the past.

Patricia Mosley I visit Ross once or twice a week and enjoy finding great deals for quality items. Tiffany is great cashier she always has a smile on her face! She greets with a smile when you walk in the store and when you leave. She is friendly and approachable! Keep shining Tiffany! You aree doing an awesome job. Customer service is very hard to find.

Susan It is actually incredibly impressive how clean and organized this store was. With most retail stores theres buildup of dirt in the corners and crevices but this one was absolutely spotless. You can tell this store is run by women because it is beautiful. If I didnt know any better I would think it was brand new. These ladies do a great job with creating a positive environment and I could not be happier.

June Travis and Kathy were so helpful and kind. My daughter lost her phone in the store and they went above and beyond to help us find it. They found it for her! Such great customer service and precious people !! Thank you so much . Great selection on shoes as well

scotty bryczek This is one of the best places to get breakfast. You can eat in or take out. Daily lunch specials are always delicious. (But go fast, so get there early). Prices are comparable. Orders are taken and severed within minutes. (Depending on the number in line). The only place around, ( that I have found anyway) where you can still get a 10# bag of ice for 2.00$. highly recommend.
