1 /5 Dallas Hollomon: If I could give zero stars, I would. On 9/2/25, staff at this Rainbow location told me there were “no fitting rooms,” even though three were visible in the back. When I asked where I should try on clothing, I was told: “Between the racks, or up front by the windows where there was paper.” That would have forced me to undress in public view where anyone walking in could see me.
I also became sick while in the store and asked for a restroom, but was told there was none. Staff showed no compassion and instead told me to “just buy the clothes” and return them within 7 days. That is unfair, unsafe, and humiliating.
