She listened to what I liked/wanted and made me feel comfortable during the whole process! This was my first bridal store that I went to and honestly didn’t expect to find my dress at the first place I went to. However, I found THE ONE within an hour and half! She heard what I liked and made it happen! I don’t even need alterations!! I could not have asked for a better experience. I cannot wait to wear my dress!! Toshua Young I called the owner of the shop at 10:45 am about having shirts made for my sister’s funeral. I told him that my family and I would confer and give him a call back. We came to the address listed on google, which was a house. I called him 3 times and he did not answer the phone. This is not good business.

Sabrina McCants I came here once years ago & promised myself I wouldn’t come back because of how terrible the customer service was. My GPS routed me to this location today & I almost didn’t go in, remembering my past experience. But I’m glad I did. Jonathon (I may be spelling it wrong) and staff were a breath of fresh air. They greeted everyone who opened their door genuinely & immediately & were friendly to myself and a few other customers I saw coming and going. They did not accept all my clothes (which was explained why w/friendly customer service still) & I was ok with that! I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to this time because of how nice they were! Thank you for changing my mind and my experience!
