5 /5 Tabitha Scranton: Its got a large selection of womens shoes, and lots of 10-12 shoe sizes. Overall pretty happy with the wide range of things to choose from. Cleanliness could be a bit better but its a Ross Store, its overly shopped, so its expected. Customer service was excellent.

I love being able to have a shopping companion who is furry! Ross always has a wide assortment of various items for the home. I enjoy the items I get and love the price discounts. On Tuesday, if you are older they give you a senior discount. As a woman you have to ask bc the cashiers refuse to assume, I can see that going badly pretty quickly! The only issue I have is checkout efficiency, it’s sometimes frustrating to see 5 associates walking around while only one cashier is open with 20 people in the line.

Eugene Williams The Waycross store has to be under new management because everything looks excellent. I am a former retail district manager and I can tell when a store is on the right track. And this store is doing an excellent job. The customer service has greatly improved. I will definitely be shopping here more often now. If this store is under new management, the new store manager is doing an excellent job in my view.
