4 /5 haezel: "I absolutely love the collection at Rue21. They have some of the best clothes in the city, and the selection is always great. However, I am giving a lower rating because of the customer service. I am a very loyal customer—I spend at least $40 every week and usually around $500 to $1,000 a month here for myself and my family.
Even though I spend a lot of money here, there are a few staff members who need better training on how to treat customers. There is one lady in particular who always looks at me with a strange eye every time I walk in. It makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I love the clothes, but it is disappointing to be treated like a stranger or a problem when I support this store so much. I hope management trains their team to be more welcoming to everyone!"
