Jashan Lodha A huge amount of things are student designed goods so everything is just better and more practical for use and beautiful artwork from talented students, the people running the shop were also super nice and helpful, gave me a bag when I asked super polite. There’s also so much cool stuff that’s actually applicable to life and a little pricey but it’s for the students and hand-made so it’s understandable for sure. Everything was just so cool there and the place is also very clean and in tip-top shape.

Thomas Hagan While we were staying in Helen, we took the beautiful mountain drive up to Hiawassee, and what a gem we found in Creekside General Store! We originally stopped in just on a whim, but the experience turned out to be fantastic. The ladies working there were just the nicest people you could hope to meet—they truly made us feel right at home, like we were family browsing their wonderful collection. We ended up picking up several great souvenirs, but the real highlight was finding a beautiful, handcrafted knife by the local knifemaker, Blane Berryman. If you’re ever in the area, or even if you have to take the scenic route like we did, Creekside General Store is well worth the stop for unique items and that wonderful, welcoming North Georgia hospitality.

I love that the stylist Shunmelson takes her time to feel the items and purchase on what she like so of course her customers will love it . She takes her time with trying to make us thick gurls look fabulous. Very pleased customer.I have purchased knit sets , cardigans and ponchos very pleased.

Desiree Wood Got here early to unload. Was able to park overnight to be traffic for my 8am appt. Warehouse staff was here early at 6am so they unloaded me right away. Took about an hour. Starbucks walking distance.

D Abbott I actually love this place. Some of their prices can be a bit silly, but all in all its a great thrift store with lots of good finds. Customer service is fine and Im sure theyd help if you asked, but its s a thrift store so they arent gonna go find that green pair of pants you need so much. I REALLY like that they (try to) size their clothing. It isnt perfect, but WAY better than other places! I dont have any photos of the place, but please enjoy this photo of an inchworm.

Bee 2Daisy A very nice laundry facility. Good prices. The machines are only surface wiped. Visible soap in washer dispensers and doors They keep they machines serviced with little down time for broken machines. Decent cooking during the summer. No one on staff or number to call if there are problems. Very, very busy during the migrant worker season. Locals often leave their laundry without supervision.
