Stephanie Wimpey I just wanted to brag on this store, and mostly the staff that helped me. Mallory was such a pleasure to deal with and just a breath of fresh air in todays customer service world. To be her age and be so helpful, knowledgeable, and actually make you feel like shes glad you stopped in was so nice, you dont get that most places in todays world. The other girl there was very nice & friendly as well ( sorry , I dont remember her name or if I was even told her name), but they both were awesome! Thanks girls, and I will be back just because of them. (I was in on Wednesday, Feb. 11,2026 around 11am.)

I was so pleasantly surprised at how many nice and stylish items she had. Plus all the personalization she can do. Nikki Appleton We were on one of our 1 tank trips when we found this gem in Ringgold. The owner was so sweet to us. We purchased a few things and found the book, Zenith Man. The owner called the author on the phone, who happens to be a local attorney and represented the man that the book is about. He walked right over and signed it for us. They sat and talked to us for a bit and were so friendly and helpful. We loved Ringgold, we loved this quaint store and we loved everyone we met. We will definitely be making more trips to this area.

GREGORY Not my first time visiting this location, but this was some of the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. I was promptly greeted and asked if I need some help. Two separate staff members took the time (which was not short) to personally help me by answering my questions, and helped me and did not leave until they helped me find what I was looking for. A definite recommend and I will absolutely be back to visit again.
