3 /5 Dakarney: Its ok. Theres plenty of stuff to look at but its mostly generic stuff. The music section is CDs, tapes and vinyl but its only greatest hits, classical or religious. Movies are priced ok. $3 for a ball of used yarn. No thats unacceptable.

1 /5 Lucky Phoenix: This Stores Staff is COMPLETELY Lacking in training and tact. The registrars are not trained in policy or communication. The men staffed at this store were completely inappropriate, making sexual jokes as well as walking behind me making cat calls and noises eluding to them being attracted. There is also a Trans Manager that is so nasty, abrasive, lacking in tact, communication, compassion, and respect. The way she spoke to the other manager was both disgraceful and rude. To correct a misunderstanding that the rep caused was a clear inconvenience for her. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but that wasn’t possible because she stormed away. She clearly has a power problem, the problem being she shouldn’t be in power. This store will NEVER see me again. And I suggest if you’re expecting good service, communication, and tact to NOT shop here!! I am disgusted. Everyone needs more training!!

3 /5 Fredericka Decuir: 3/5 because I really like the new upgrades at Savers! The store is so much neater and better organized now, especially the housewares and home decor sections. It’s definitely a more pleasant shopping experience with the self-checkout and the cleaner layout. ​However, the pricing has gotten pretty steep. I understand the overhead for upgrades, but it’s a thrift store—it shouldnt be matching the Walmart prices right down the plaza. It’s hard to call it a "saver" when a used item is the same $8 youd pay for something brand new next door. ​That said, if you’re willing to hunt, you can still find gems. I just grabbed a brand new pair of jeans for $5 and a blazer for $2.50 during the half-off sale. It’s still a good spot for the "treasure hunt" vibe, but I understand the frustration of the high prices compared to when it was Value Village.

1 /5 Tracey Lynn: I have donated here on several ocassion, today is the last day. I went inside to shop and found a jacket priced at 29.99 purple color made it half off; but, the surprising part is you cannot use your donated coupon on discounted items--per the store this is called stacking discounts. Wait, what? Let us discuss why a donated jacket is $30 bucks in the first place and not designer either. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience offer patronage or make donations freely when I see the excessively high prices being charged.

1 /5 Candy Aaron: This place is absolutely a rip off! I bought two small bags of clothes that were half off and two books and spent $91. How in the world? I probably got six pair of jeans, two nightgowns, three shirts, and two sports bras. One of the books was $14 and they did not even put it in my bag! I called them and they said they don’t do refunds but I could bring everything I bought back to the store with my receipt? Are you serious? Then charge four dollars for a little kids book When value Village used to charge $.80. We’ll never shop there ever again. They are way overpriced for things that are donated to them. $13 for a pair of used jeans? It’s insane…. Might I add to my review after reading some of the owners responses. Cannot believe the owner tried to say they are cheaper than Goodwill. That is absolutely not true. This store will not last very long. That’s for sure.
