5 /5 Ghostbunny: I bought some shoes here before a trip. The girl working there was very nice to me. The prices were reasonable. I was looking for either womens Converse or vans and the selection was pretty good. Id love it if they got more of a selection in for popular sizes like 6.5 and 7 in womens.❤️ My review if its helpful.

3 /5 Janis Rodman Farris: Enjoyed the great selection of shoes!! But...you knew it was coming...walked in and no hello how are you? No welcome to our store...okay that is nearly expected out there today....I walked around looking and noticed a sale sign hanging up...wasnt totally clear of how the sale worked and exactly which shoes were 50% off the marked red marked shoes...some boxes had 50% off red ticket hanging off them..ok got that..some boxes had red stickers on them...just round stickers...had as advertised on them also...were these 50% off also? Or were these just priced as marked? Couldnt ask anyone because the cashier was checking someone out and the other associate in store was hiding in aisle texting on her phone...??? After walking and looking for about 15 min an associate came to aisle i was on and asked if i needed asistance...before i could ask a question she was gone. Never waited for me to respond to her. Walked around looking for another 10 min and left. Never got a come back or anything. Both associates were at register talking to each other....can someone explain to me ehat happened to customer service? I could have went to register and asked about the sale but why? If you dont value me as a potential customer i will find my shoes somewhere else where they do. Sorry but your customer service lost you a potential sale.

1 /5 Wendy Carter: We werent even spoken to when we came in. No one offered to help us AT ALL! 2 very young cashiers who were too busy talking to each other to even acknowledge paying customers. No thank you, no nothing once we paid and were leaving. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMON COURTESY HAS DEFINITELY DEFINITELY GONE TO THE DOGS!
