1 /5 Shanell Wright: I did an online order for 6 pairs of shoes for my kids for back to school. When I initially ordered on July 20th it said they would be delivered by July 28th. Ever since then the delivery date has been pushed back 5 times and it still says my order is processing. It currently says the shoes will be delivered on August 13. I’ve tried to cancel this order many times as at this point I can just go to a store and buy the shoes I want. But there is no customer service to speak of. No phone number that you can contact anyone on. They have a customer service email that is either automated or there are completely incompetent people responding. The emails I get back tell me my order is shipped so I can’t cancel it. One told me the order was already delivered. Both are untrue as when I put in the order number on the website it still says processing, just like it has since the first day I ordered! I even attached screenshots of the order still showing processing. This store was so much better when they were Jimmy Jazz. If I ever get this situation handled I will never shop with them again.
