1 /5 S. K.: Had a friend purchase a pair of shoes on November 15, 2021 with the attempt at a return on November 19th, 2021--4 meager days. Due to "prominent signs of wear" she could not return the shoes or receive store credit. My friend tried on the shoes in the store, then brought them home and decided they werent exactly what she had wanted. Looking for another pair, and hoping to exchange the pair she had purchased 4 days prior, she was declined an exchange or refund. I can understand if a patron attempts to return or exchange shoes that have extremely noticeable signs of wear, but as listed below in the pictures, these were removed from the box in the store, tried on at the store, then sat in a box until she wanted to return them again.
No active solutions have been granted in regards to this matter, and sadly I wish there was a more feasible way, an easier way, to exchange or refund a pair of shoes at this establishment within a 4 day window. Pics of the shoes are listed below--please identify the excessive wear and tear that warrants the decline of a return or exchange. If any additional help, or avenues of assistance could be provided in this case, please notify me. This is just ridiculous by all means. Shoes have attempted to be returned in a short span of time, along with the condition unchanged from date of purchase yet nothing can be done.
Updated as of 12/24/21. Ive sent in four emails to the supposed "customer support" department, five phone calls with promises of returned calls, even providing an escalation number in hopes of pushing this further: nothing. No responses, nothing.
