They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect t-shirt, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and offering great suggestions. The store itself was spotless, with everything neatly organized, making it easy and enjoyable to browse. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the space inviting and well-maintained. Jessica Schmid Great experience at this local boutique. At first glance on the outside, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I did notice It was colorful inside which, drew me to this cute little spot. Initially, I popped over to the drink place next-door but, didn’t find what I was looking for so I popped over to the boutique. What a cute store. Lots of college football team outfits, patches (Halloween etc) jewelry, super cute clothes for kids and women etc. The owner was so nice. She was very professional and helped me out when I needed it. I highly recommend this shop. Support local!

Gabriela Schönwetter I’m very disappointed with my experience at Blue Ridge Mountain Outfitters. I purchased a pair of hiking boots and once I got home, I noticed a clear defect. I drove over an hour the very next day to return them, expecting a straightforward exchange or refund for a defective product. Instead, I was only offered store credit. There wasn’t even another pair available to replace the boots I originally wanted. I would have preferred the boots I chose in the first place, but that wasn’t an option. For a defective item, store credit is not an acceptable resolution. This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and disappointing. I expected better customer service and accountability.
