1 /5 Lisa White: Very rude! I ask if I could see a room before I payed for it and lady said NO turned off lights and went back inside. Rooms must be as nasty as her!

1 /5 Aurora Scales: This place looks very quiant. I was beyond stunned when I went into the room. Its a total dive. The room was absolutely filthy!! I requested another room. She was very accommodating. This room was just a little better. I got my cleaning supplies from the car and cleaned and freshened up the room and was able to tolerate it. It was a quiet nights sleep. Upon check out, we watched the owners, or managers clear out the vacated rooms. Neither of them had any cleaning equipment or clean linens and towels. Its obvious that they dont put any money back into this business. It has so much potential.

1 /5 James Hageman: Ill start with check-in. There is no lobby. I suspect the non english speaking owners live in what was once a quaint lobby. Now, the "lobby" is a tiny un-airconditioned room that maybe two people can fit in. There is a glass partition to do the transaction. It has a pay by the hour hotel feel. The lady was very nice and spoke passable english, unlike the lady that answered the phone. The exterior is clean and appears somewhat well taken care of. Its a little dusty, but there is a truck stop right next door, so thats understandable. The rooms..... HORRIBLE! Ive stayed in worse places, but they were in the Middle East. During wartime. The sheets and pillow cases smelled clean but had stains. Almost like theyve never heard of bleach. There is only limited maintenance done, and what is done is done by someone with zero home improvement skills. The microwave in my room didnt work. The refrigerator worked great but was old and dirty. Carpets are stained and cake with God knows what. Cushions are stained beyond belief. Ill let the pics tell the story there. Overall, its cheap, quiet. But unless you absolutely have no other choice, I would continue on to something better. With that being said, there is a convenience store and a Huddle House. The town does have at least one Door Dash driver.

1 /5 Terry Hall: We had to stay here because it was the only room we could find within 150 miles due to hurricane Michael. The bad - It was absolutely filthy. Carpet looks like a dirt field. Walls were poorly patched and stained. Bathroom door was almost black with dirt. Dead bugs all over (at least they were dead). The only reason we stayed is because it was almost midnight AND we had our own linen from our trip to NC. The good - A/C worked great. I will never stay here again.

1 /5 Sarah Alvord: I hate to give such a low rating to any small business. However, this place is barely above squalor. In my opinion its cringingly disgusting.. At $70 dollars a night sleeping in your car or under a bridge is probably cleaner and more comfortable.
