Susan S I have recently lost a lot of weight and I was in need of clothes. I came in and talked to the lady who was working and explained to her that I was in need of some help. She was busy steaming clothes but she immediately stopped and listened to me and she was so kind. She gladly helped pick out several items for me to try on while I chose some myself. As I tried on clothes and showed her she would help me make adjustments in how I should wear the items. For someone who didnt feel so confident when they first arrived, I left feeling so confident and happy with the items I purchased. I would definitely suggest to anyone who is looking for a personable shopping experience to shop at this boutique. Not only are the clothes great but the kindness and genuine people who work there are great. After the experience I had I fully believe if you claim to have had a negative experience here that it was totally on you. I already am looking forward to visiting again. I highly recommend Franklin and Rosemary to anyone!
