Gabrielle Gilbert Went recently this month June 2024. From what I remember in 2018 it wasnt very busy back then either since many stores closed due to online shopping being the norm now. It was pretty quiet, seemed like there were less stores since some have had bankruptcies. I actually went to see if the was really cheap stuff for sale at rue 21 but it was already cleared out. There was still some nice stores there. I found some great quality shirts on clearance and they still have a food court. Bathrooms were clean. It was tidy throughout the mall.
