1 /5 Julie H: Last month, I placed an online order for over $500 worth of clothing. An item from my order arrived with a black mark on it, so I promptly emailed the owner and sent photos asking to return the item, or for the item to be discounted further. After a few weeks of not hearing back (giving them the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays), I called the store and an employee said she’d leave a detailed message for the owner. Over the last two weeks, I’ve called the store twice, and each time I “just missed” the owner. When I called again yesterday afternoon, an employee informed me that they have given the owner my messages and that there’s nothing more they can do. I am a big proponent of supporting local businesses but this has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value customer service.
