They offer a truly unique selection of books on Southern history and culture — titles you just don’t find everywhere. It’s one of those rare places that keeps me coming back again and again.

5 /5 Jessica A: I have never seen a shop like this one. Coming from the west coast I had to stop and see what it was about. There are ALOT of history books available along with swag galore. There were two very adorable shop kittens ready to greet upon stepping into the shop. I asked the guy manning the shop TONS of questions. I even asked a couple of the patrons questions. What does the confederate flag mean to them? Does it have any racial implications? Whats a Yankee? They were so kind with my ignorance. My understanding of the different perspectives was that it either means southern pride or celebrates the idea of small government with the hopes to one day do away with a large government. Everyone was really forthcoming and helped to educate me on what they believe. While I didnt make a purchase here. I am very grateful that I stopped to learn from someone with a perspective Ive never heard before. Thank you for great customer service and being so kind to answer all of my uncomfortable questions (there were alot).

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bumper stickers and the hat I ordered was fantastic! There is a vast assortment of Southern heritage items, and as somebody who loves history, this place has a great deal of historical products which I loved browsing on the web. Very cool place, cheers. Got to visit in person recently, and it was all you could imagine. Owner is super nice, and was nice to chat with. For history fans and Southerners alike, you’re not likely to walk out of there empty-handed! The location of the shop may move soon, so be sure to visit the new place once it does. Deo Vindice.
