5 /5 Skyler Sampson: I love the Red Dress Boutique and have been shopping here for the last 5 years. They have the cutest clothes, run awesome sales, and their customer service is phenomenal. I have never visited their actual shop location, but every order I have placed online has been flawless. The owner, Diana Harbour has built this boutique from the ground up and is a smart, kind, and strong businesswoman! Not afraid to stand for what she believes in and is always launching new and innovative ideas. Each employee I have interacted with from their customer service department has always been so helpful and sweet. In fact, I want to share a screenshot from an email conversation a few years ago that always sticks out in my mind. I was stalking the RDB page patiently waiting for this top I was in love with to go back in stock in my size. I went back and checked every day, and then one day the listing wasnt there anymore. I reached out to RDB asking if it will be restocked, and Kimberly got back to me and said they were sold out of all sizes and werent planning on relisting, but she would keep an eye out for my size if it came in on a return. Im not sure if Kimberly works there anymore, but if she does tell her shes awesome and I always think about how sweet she was. And I still love my top and wear it all the time!
