T.J. Maxx - (Near Hinesville, GA)

2 /5 Shai G: I shopped at this location many times. This review is for on 12/21/2025. I came here to find me a warm affordable cute sweater because at TJ Maxx you can score with fashion at a good price. Well, not today. I saw multiple sweaters were $29.99 and barely there was any cute clothes on the racks! Then omg I felt so claustrophobic in this store. I’m pushing my baby around in his stroller and it is was difficult to maneuver around because they have carts/bins/trolleys lined up around the store. IT FEELS LIKE THE RACKS AND EVERYTHING IS TOO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER IN THIS STORE. Are they not hiring people to stock and keep the shelves with new items??? Was the back of the warehouse filled with too much inventory and it’s unorganized???

4 /5 Lauren Throne: Employees are nice. Usually packed. Lines can be outrageous. Most of the time it moves rather quick but there are the times you will be in line longer than you shop. I like to go to look at certain areas like pets and clearance. Recently they have updated a few areas and looks better and more out together. The plus size area..for woman atleast..is there but like not there. Offers more than some places in town but not that much more. Most of the clothes look like for way older people....not tjmaxxs fault though.

1 /5 HJ Cox: I visit TJ Maxx in Hinesville two to three times a week, and usually the staff are friendly. However, some employees are extremely rude. Today, I asked a short female cashier, who appeared to be Mexican, to hold my items because I had forgotten my card at home. She did hold them, but her expression was completely unfriendly, and she whispered to another employee in a dismissive way. When I returned to pay after driving back home in the rain to get my card, she didn’t say a word — no greeting, not even asking if I had a rewards card, nothing. Her cold and rude attitude left a lasting negative impression. Management needs to improve staff training. Employees like this should not be representing the store.
