5 /5 Haley Davis: I am so glad to have made an appointment here! I didn’t have high hopes after our first wedding dress shop, but top hat exceeded my expectations! They have a wide range of sizes and styles. The shop is beautiful and well put together. Savannah was absolutely amazing and super sweet! She picked out dresses before we arrived and I didn’t have to look anymore. She picked out the perfect dress for me and we are all so excited! Thank you to Savannah and Top Hat for helping us find the perfect dress!

1 /5 m. a. edge: Very unprofessional establishment. My daughter is devastated. Appointment was made to look for her wedding dress. Family has driving in from out of town for the occasion. My daughter was so excited to look for her perfect dress. An hour before the appointment she received a message saying her appt was cancelled the sales person called in sick. My daughter called to see if there was anything that could be done and was told no there is no one available to call in. I have worked in the service industry this is when as a manager or owner (I don’t know who the woman was) you step up and take the appointment yourself. This is your job, your business. This whole experience speaks to the overall lack of professionalism of this establishment. We will NOT be making a new appointment at Top Hat and will never direct another to their store.

5 /5 Anna Dulaney: Molly and her staff are amazing!! I could go on and on about how great Top Hat is. The staff there are accommodating, knowledgeable, and so kind. I went in not knowing what I wanted or what to expect. After trying on eight dresses Molly pulled one she thought I would like based on what I was saying about others... and it was the one! I am so excited for it to come in. I really appreciate Molly and the staff at Top Hat!
