Camille I don’t know why I did this to myself again. I usually shop at the Villa Rica store but because I was in a time crunch and this store has a bigger selection, I came to this Douglasville store. Everytime I come to this location the manager is rude. She is always in a hurry and talks in a condensending tone. I was purchasing 3 jumpsuits. Asked if I could have the hangers. She shook her head no and said they have to reuse them every week. I waited a little bit and then explained that the material wrinkles in the hot car so I was hoping to hang them up. She said she has plenty of clothes made in this material and she takes them straight out of the dryer and hangs them up. I didn’t even reply to that comment because I didn’t say anything about washing the clothes. I had said something about them being in my hot car and getting wrinkled in the bag. Once again this location proving my point of why I don’t shop here and way I shop at my Villa Rica store where the employees are friendly and always willing to help in any way they can.

Tiffany McClenton Everytime I go in this store I have a phenomenal customer service experience. Cheryl was especially helpful and jubilant today. Her customer service and vibrant personality were top teir. Her willingness to help was greatly appreciated. All of the ladies were helpful and kind. And provided an all around amazing experience.
