I initially felt a bit frustrated when my phone died while I was shopping, especially since it’s the key to my car, but Jayda truly turned the experience around. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, helping me with my selections and thoughtfully recommending additional items. She also took the time to clearly explain the difference between the coupons received in the mail versus those available in the app, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism and calm demeanor made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Excellent customer service!

5 /5 Marie Moretz: I wish I could give 10 ⭐️. I came in to do a return of bras I ordered online. It was busy & there was a long line. Even though it was busy Anna helped me find the right size and guided me in the fitting room on how my bras should fit me. She was so sweet and I felt like I had such personal help even though she was helping other customers as well. I even bought two extra bras. At the register Taylor made my exchanges so easy and was also so pleasant. I will definitely shop in store with these ladies now.

I anything I asked she was able to answer and help me pick the best options which ended up working perfectly for me. She was so nice and helpful and made me shopping experience worthwhile!
