2 /5 Teresa Eastwood-Spicer: They have nice things, but I feel like they’re overpriced. I’ve taken bags upon bags of clothes there to put on consignment, nice things things with tags still on them. I washed everything and tied with gain fabric softener many things I pressed so it’s very suss to me that I get near nothing in consignment. The first time around they couldn’t tell me where the money was or why the next time around it said they wanted to go over what they would or would not take which I agreed I want them to tell me why because the things I took many many of them still had price tags on them had barely been worn and we’re namebrand so needless to say I don’t know. It’s kind of like it’s a conspiracy to be, but I don’t wanna say that to be a fact, I just don’t. I don’t like the way to do business I feel like if you’re gonna take somebody that brings five bags of clothes in And take one or two items and donate the rest. You should call them first. I mean I just don’t agree with the way they do things never put nothing on consignment there unless you’re good good friends with them and that’ll work good for you. I no longer see where they responded but they did saying I had received an $85 payout. When I went there the signature did did not match even though they insisted it did.

2 /5 Erin Hudson: I have been shopping and consigning at this store for over 10 years. Its always been my favorite go to store. But recently people are so rude! I have taken things in that were washed and cleaned and some had tags and depending on whos working they will tell you its unacceptable. They have told me that dont take certain brands but yet Ill see the same brands on the shelves. They will say nothing with holes or extreme wear and yet I see stuff all the time with holes and pilling. Even better, I conducted my own social experiment.. I went in the store. I bought several items then turned around and a week or so later I put those items in a bag with my consigned number to see what would happen and sure enough, they called and told them to come in because they couldnt take them. So please, why was it on the rack for sale but you tell me you cant take it? Then they flag my account and tell me im on a restriction and now I can only take in one bag a month. Like consigning is supposed to be fun. Why are they treating people like kids and punishing them because one person is feeling more snooty one day? And apparently my clothing is good because Ive been revenuing a couple hundred a month. This is so disappointing because its how I clothe and have extra for my kids. Instead of being so rude and putting someone on restriction, why not be nicer. I even told them if they didnt like what I brought in the just donate it because there are kids who have nothing out there and would appreciate it. Why not just do that and give back instead of being an arse to people????

1 /5 Velvet Clay: I hate this place. I hate this place. I hate this place. This is my second time driving an hour here to have them only look at two of my five bags , only willing to accept 13! Told me to come back and bring more bags. Refusing to look at the other three I had in the car!!! I will never buy or bring anything for them to look at ever again!!! For a small town shop, they have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Especially when I called ahead and was told, come anytime. No limit on bags. No idea what sells and how am I suppose to pick out the "best" stuff I have in 2 bags out of 5? Another consignor said they look through up to 4 or 5 bags when you come the first time. Mixed information. Hoping to find another consignment shop that will look through the 10 bags I have and that they will miss out on!!!

1 /5 Bethany Merritt: Been shopping here forever, but had the worst customer service today. Had like 6 items, waited in line at the dressing room for at least ten minutes. There is a sign posted for a 5 item limit in the dressing room, but I guess all bets are off during the sale week? Finally, I just decided to check out and asked for a possible return since I didn’t get to try them on and I had to leave for an afternoon appointment. They don’t allow for possible returns during the sale week? So certain rules go out the window during sale week and certain rules get added? It was very frustrating and disappointing.
