2 /5 Melanie Martin: I suppose the customer service is great as long as things run smoothly and you get what you want, however if thats not the case, prepare to be frustrated, disappointed, and left hanging. We ordered a pair of boots my husband needed for work, and was told twice that they are in stock. That was over six weeks ago. I have been trying to get in contact with the owner/manager of the place, and its been near impossible. I was told two days in a row that hed be in the next day. I call, and hes never there. So then they took my number and said hed call me. No phone call as of yet. I just spoke to the lady at the front desk again and asked her to please call him now, and ask him to call me back. Still waiting, but the day isnt over yet so well see. I do not have my hopes up and Im incredibly discouraged as my husbands employer expected him to have them as part of his uniform long before now.
