5 /5 Elizabeth Gilbert: I absolutely love this WHBM store. I am definitely a frequent shopper with WHBM. Most of my clothes in my closet are from this store. I have only had wonderful experiences with all of the staff. Courtney goes out of her way to make sure I am in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. She knows my clothing taste and has clothes ready for me to try on at my appointment. I do buy online also but when I do, I try to buy from this store’s online storefront from the emails they send out. I have also tried other store and in other states, the other store just can’t come close to the excellent service this store provides.

5 /5 Colette Jacobsen: This store is the most accomodating shopping experience Ive ever had. Melissa was the manager assisting me. She was so helpful and sweet. Being a larger size, I never like the way things fit. But she took the time to show me ways to make outfits look more flattering for my body type. I felt so much better about my look after her suggestions.

5 /5 Emma Kinyua: I dont usually write reviews...but I had to! I have been to the WHBM store at The Collections 3 times now, and wao...the customer service is amazing. We were served by Anna and Amy - they are so friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the inventory...they are awesome!! I probably tried on every style of jean in the store before I found what I really liked, and they kept bringing them out so patiently. Definitely going back and highly recommend!
