5 /5 Danni Solomon: First time customer, now im hooked! My auntie brought me to this store to help me find a "smart elegent" dress for my upcoming 5 year wedding anniversary. 3 lovely associates helped me find 24 dresses to try on. Narrowed it down to my 1 fave and they also found matching shoes in my size (5), a purse and bracelet. During the time we were there, my aunties grandson toddler was crying from being hungry and one of the associates brought him some cheezits! At the end of my shopping, the manager helped check me out and was amazing too. This store gets not a 5/5, they get a 10/10! I will 100% be back and im very glad good customer service isnt dead. Yall ladies rock!

1 /5 Jessica Martinez: I purchased a dress here on a Sunday and tried it on twice once in the dressing room and once at home to show the bride, since I planned to use it as a bridesmaid dress. While it was a cute dress, the shade of dusty blue was too dark and didn’t work. Five days later, well within the 14-day return window I returned to the Oaks Mall located in Gainesville, Florida to return the dress and continue shopping for the correct bridesmaid dress color. At that time, I was informed the dress could not be returned because it was considered a “formal event” dress. This was never explained to me at the time of purchase. If you plan on buying a dress here, I strongly recommend asking very specific questions about the return policy and getting confirmation before purchasing. Otherwise, you may only be offered store credit. At this point, it feels unfair that you can buy a dress, determine it doesn’t work, and then not be allowed to return it. To clarify, the tag was still attached, the dress was in mint condition, and it was never worn outside of trying it on.

5 /5 Jewels: This store is very clean always neat and has the wonderful staff. The store manager Missy is by far one of the sweetest and kindest store mangers I’ve came across in a while. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are greeted as soon as you step foot in the store and immediately asks if you need help in finding anything. The staff members are the same as well, Asha is one of a kind she is funny , kind and not only is she so helpful but she really knows her fashion and will make sure you not only feel good in what your trying on but she will also make sure you are up to date on all the new trends for older woman as myself, Alisha and Isabella are all not only kind welcoming and have great customer service mannerisms but they actually care to see you happy in whatever you have chosen to purchase. Walking in there if you’ve every felt low confidence about a certain look your going for just know they will hype you up to fullest just to make sure you have the biggest smile on your face. You definitely will feel your best self walking out. Windsor changed my outlook on attire and I feel I went from frumpy to fabulous and I owe it all to the amazing way I felt when all of these staff members helped me out.

She made dress shopping a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond. You just felt like you knew her your whole life. We will surely keep shopping at the Gainesville store.

Honestly the best customer service I have ever received. If she isn’t the manager then she definitely should be because this store would forever thrive! This company should honor her for having put so much energy in to ensuring her customers satisfaction.
