4 /5 Nyx Noitaerc: A little bit of a hassle to cancel, but only because I had to give a written letter of my 30 day notice since I dont have an address, and I had to thoroughly read the agreements on how to cancel, and was still worried I didnt do everything right. But it is relatively easy to cancel if you need to. Go through the app and click on your profile picture, scroll to membership, and then click manage. (Their instructions on how to cancel are slightly different, so I figured Id explain). From there you pay for the next 30 days (you have an option to pay later, but know if you choose to pay now, your membership still lasts those 30 days), and then thats it! You either send a notice through the mail or you hand them a letter of notice. It will say its pending, and thats it! But overall great place. It was disability friendly for the most part, but unfortunately they were not able to accommodate to my personal disabilities. Its always clean and they provide you a space for your stuff in the bathrooms (just make sure to bring your own lock!) My only real complaint is that the payments are bi-weekly, so the cost is not the same every month, and the hydrotherapy machine is only available to you once a day. You cannot exceed it, and that was something I needed before and after my workouts. But I love that they also have a suggestion box that they go through every Friday. Seems like a great place. Its just not for me.

4 /5 tanesha page: Its a nice small gym with decent equipment. Only concern(while being a good thing) is the 24/7 access to gym but if you come late, the door is just unlocked and anyone can just walk in. Not something that is safe at certain times of night. Update for response of owner: thats great you do but if I was there the other morning a little before 2:00am, why was the door not fully closed and anyone had access to the gym? Not only that but Ive came to gym before other times and it was the same way. I didnt have to scan my card from outside to get in. Literally just opened the door( because it was not locked and not fully closed all the way) and there were 3 other people in the gym. Anyone can come in and not even have a membership which is a loss on the companys end. It says we can be charged if we let people come in with us not having a membership, but anyone can literally just come in around the time I did and workout for free and it wouldnt be known... I scanned mine at desk but just thought Id let it be know that the one in lafayette ga is not locked...

5 /5 Philip Edens: I was immediately impressed with the facility and staff the very first time I entered the gym over a year ago. My first impression has held true throughout my entire time with the Lafayette extension. Rosie and the staff are always welcoming when I walk through the door. I witness the staff cleaning multiple times within the hour I am there. They take pride in the cleanliness and operability of all equipment. Any time a piece of equipment needs a repair, the staff wastes no time and lets members know that parts have been ordered. There are plenty of machines, free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and weight racks to be utilized by all types of members. I will always brag on this location any chance I get.
