5 /5 Chase Dozier: Nicole was assisting me in finding my nephew a new outfit, as it was his birthday, and she walked me through and found me something I could gift him in no time. She was very helpful and sincere and we went through the clearance rack and found him TWO outfits right at my budget! This day so happened to unfortunately be the same day there was a shooting at the mall and she took action to keep us safe and was very brave. Zumiez, this girl is a hero and deserves a raise in the least!!!! I will start buying my clothes and shoes just out of my loyalty to Nicole. (:

5 /5 Aaron Duncan: Zac helped me special order a specific hat I got in Washington DC, and lost, so I needed it mucho badly. We went through it and I got my address WRONG for some reason. Zac called the order center on my behalf and straightened everything out without the need of an additional payment or paperwork (for me anyway). Exceptional service and they earned a customer for life.

Juan checked on us several times while looking at all the options and made sure we got everything we needed. Thanks so much for everything! Well be back soon.
